I started working at Head First in 2017. In my current role I am supporting the Projects team with a wide range of projects, helping to ensure that Head First provides an excellent service to its clients, Case Managers and staff. I am also part of the team which provides collaborative on-line workspaces for our clients and their teams.
My responsibilities include overseeing the Head First website and social media accounts, as well as providing support for Head First’s training courses & events.
I enjoy using my background in graphic design to develop Head First’s identity & presence online and raise awareness of brain injury.
Before starting my current role, I spent 6 years working as a Case Management Assistant, providing support and administrative assistance to our team of Brain Injury Case Managers.
