Specialist reports and case management from a reliable and responsive partner.
Established in 1994 as one of the first brain injury case management services in the UK, we are pioneers in the world of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), with our founder being involved in establishing the British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM) and setting standards for brain injury case management and rehabilitation nationally.
We regularly publish our own research and contribute to national standards such as NICE guidelines, practice guidelines for BABICM Case Managers, education for Social Workers, and standards for Case Managers registered with IRCM.
We are registered with CQC for personal care and TDDI (treatment of disease, disorder and injury). All case managers hold professional registrations.
AB, a highly creative and skilled craftsperson, sustained a severe traumatic brain injury in a road traffic collision in 2016 when she was in her 30’s and had a young child. After lifesaving treatment and 18 months in a prolonged disorder of consciousness unit, she was assessed to be in a minimally conscious state with complex physical, cognitive, and medical needs.
