I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2012 and quickly developed a passion for neurology. I specialised within this area and have worked both within the NHS and private sector. This has given me experience ranging from working within an intensive care setting; to the community and therefore allowed me to follow the journey those with acquired brain injuries often undertake.
I am passionate in helping those with brain acquired injuries reach their full potential. My role is to co-ordinate rehabilitation, care and support with the aim of increasing independence and improving quality of life. In order to achieve this, I work collaboratively with families, carers, therapists, statutory and wider services. I pride myself on my communication skills with the ultimate goal of giving both the client and family support; in order for them to live a full and meaningful life.
