Due to expansion opportunities are now available to join our dynamic, innovative and supportive interdisciplinary Case Management team, working throughout the South East, in particular to cover South East London and surrounding areas.
Our work includes setting rehabilitation goals with clients and support workers in the home setting; facilitating the client's and family's adjustment to the injuries; recruiting, training and supporting support workers; and managing care regimes. Training opportunities for continuing professional development are offered both internally and externally, and clinical supervision and training are provided by our Clinical Supervisor and Neuropsychologist. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.
Salary: £30,000.00 - £33,000.00 pa
This role will suit qualified Occupational Therapists / Nurses / Social Workers who are registered to practice in the UK.
You will need to have experience of working with Brain Injured individuals and have an understanding of the needs of the families of Brain injured individuals. |

Our trainee case manager positions will suit UK registered and qualified therapists, social workers or nurses who have a knowledge and interest in brain injury and wish to develop their knowledge and experience, in order to practice Case Management within a supportive multidisciplinary team of highly experienced professionals. |

Both positions are full time and based at our office in Hawkhurst, Kent, however on successful completion of 16 week induction there will be the opportunity to work on a part-time basis (4 days per week) and to work mostly from home, if preferred. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.
